What you need to know:
- All pricing indicated in exclusive of GST at 10%.
- Pricing correct at time of print, 29/07/2009 and is subject to change.
- Minimum 12 month contract applies.
- When a pre-configured modem is supplied the cost of modem varies depending upon modem type and contract term. A 1 port pre-configured NetComm modem is provided free of charge to members commiting to a 24 month contract. If a member takes a 12 month contract option, this 1 port pre-configured NetComm modem is supplied at $99 exclusive of GST.
- Speeds are theoretical network speeds. Actual speeds may be less due to a number of factors including network configuration, line quality & length, exchange type, member premises interference, traffic and hardware and software. 50% of ADSL2+ users achieve download speeds greater than 10Mbps.
- Included Usage means monthly downloaded data transfer 1 Gigabyte = 1000 Megabytes. Uploads of not counted towards Monthly Included Usage. Unused usage allowance forfeited each month.
- New set up fee of $99 is applicable on new connections. Free transfer from other provider available when taking 24 month contract option, otherwise $39 applies if transferring from other ADSL provider.
- Bundled price only available when taking an eligible fixed wire or mobile service from IF Telecom. If the eligible fixed wire or mobile service is cancelled at any time the ADSL or ADSL2+ service will begin to charge at the unbundled rate.
- Credit approved and direct debit customers only, identification required.
- Contract termination fees apply of monthly access fee multiplied by number of months remaining in term.
- Relocation of service will attract standard activation fees at new premises + $50 if transferring in first 12 months of the term.
